The Venue: dance hall rental in Duluth
The Venue is a big, open, second-floor room, 50 feet by 42 feet, with room for a dance class, a performance, a reception or a private party. It is in the heart of the Lincoln Park Craft District and neighbors The Lounge, so a gathering can use the hall for the main event and the lounge for the bar.
The Lounge: a small bar-and-lounge room
The Lounge is about 575 square feet with a bar, a lounge area and a storage closet. Book it alone for a small gathering, or pair it with the adjacent Venue.
How booking works
Pick a date on the calendar to see which hours are open, choose a start and end time, and send your request with your contact details. Hours are bookable from 8am to 10pm Central. Requested hours show as taken on the calendar right away, so nobody else can request the same time while we review your request, and we confirm by email.
Hourly rates and monthly rates are shown on each room’s page. If you would rather have the room every week, ask about a long-term lease instead.

Can I rent The Venue by the hour?
Yes. The Venue and The Lounge can be booked by the hour between 8am and 10pm Central. Pick a date on the calendar, choose your hours and send the request. We confirm by email.
Can I lease the dance hall long-term?
Yes. Both rooms are also available to lease by the month for a studio, a regular class or a standing event. The monthly rate is on each room’s page.
